Further work on the awkard phrases in “PJ” piece where you have to keep a steady LH groove going and intertwine a syncopated meloday. This is now significantly improved during the course of the weekend! It may be that some of the problem is rhythmic and as I’ve understood the rhythm better in the difficult parts, playing it HT has improved.

So the next issues on the horizon are the Bluesy Rock & Roll licks… there are four of these. The last is basically a noodling about as the piece finishes, so today I had a go at the first which is basically a chord tremelo and glissando….lots of fun… but very awkward to do properly(and this is the easiest one!
