Comment:
Good progress this weekend learning the remaining notes and phrases of the current piece – not that I can play them yet! Hand independence exercises are improving and I’ve modified the last slightly ( play arpeggio over 2 octaves with 5-note legato scale in opposite hand).

The downside: the numbness in my LH although reduced has not improved any further, and in additon, I’ve noticed a tenderness in the palm of my hand adjacent to the base of the 4th finger and pinkie…. So I think several days off practice is now called for!
